On today’s special inaugural episode of “The Authority in your Neighborhood,” LCGCC CEO/President Carrie Hamblen talks with Jose Gallegos, the Executive Director of the South Central Solid Waste Authority (SCSWA).
Carrie and Jose talk about his background in Environmental Engineering and as the Environmental Division Chief at White Sands Missile Range, what the SCSWA does, and what he hopes to accomplish in his time at the Authority.
