What does the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks (OMDP) National Monument mean to you?
Our restaurant is located right between the town of Mesilla and the City of Las Cruces and is the perfect spot for both visitors to the area and residents to come in and enjoy our new American cuisine and original tapas dishes. The Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument has become a tourist destination for our area, creating national and international recognition for our region, and serves as an economic driver for local businesses and
entrepreneurs. Tourism is an integral part of our business and we take the responsibility seriously as stewards of our National Monument and the rich history of our region. Our specialty dishes include many of our regional
flavors like green chile, jalapenos, pecans, and more, giving our diners a unique experience while enjoying all the beauty that is southern New Mexico.

As one of the many businesses in the area that benefit from tourism, we are able to highlight the monument through our customer service, cater special occasions and meetings in our Organ Mountains Room, and feature many of the regional flavors in our dishes. Our servers are frequently asked by visitors about activities to enjoy while here and we refer them to exploring OMDP, supporting our unique local businesses, and attending any one of our festivals and celebrations. We know that visitors come to our area because of the experiences they will remember, the food they will eat, and the relationships they make. In our industry, it is our job to make sure
